Data are also collected for statistical and personalization purposes, web analytics, and to adapt the www.wroclawhotel.pl website to users\u2019 needs; <\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"list-item\"><span class=\"text\">Your personal data are collected on the basis of your consent referred to in Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR \u2013 with respect to data necessary for the performance of the contract, on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) GDPR \u2013 with respect to data necessary for the fulfillment of the controller\u2019s legal obligations, in particular keeping accounting, reservation, and registration records, as well as on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR \u2013 with respect to data necessary for the pursuit of the controller\u2019s legitimate interests, consisting of conducting direct marketing and pursuing claims arising from the legal relationship between you and the controller, as well as defending against such claims;            <\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"list-item\"><span class=\"text\">Your personal data will be stored no longer than until the reason for their collection for processing ceases to exist. Surveillance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"list\">\n<li class=\"list-item\"><span class=\"text\">The controller of the surveillance system is BW Hotel Wroc\u0142aw Sp\u00f3\u0142ka z ograniczon\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015bci\u0105, with its registered office in Wroc\u0142aw (postal code: 50-110), at 16-19 Kie\u0142ba\u015bnicza Street;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"list-item\"><span class=\"text\">Surveillance is used for the purpose of protecting property and ensuring safety within the monitored area (the legitimate interest of the controller, within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"list-item\"><span class=\"text\">The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR \u2013 the legitimate interest of the controller in protecting property and ensuring safety within the building;  <\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"list-item\"><span class=\"text\">Recordings from the surveillance system will be stored for a period of 14 days; after this period, the recordings will be overwritten with new ones;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"list-item\"><span class=\"text\">Surveillance data will be shared with the following groups of recipients: entities authorized to receive information from the surveillance system for the purpose of maintaining order and safety;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"list-item\"><span class=\"text\">A person recorded by the surveillance system has the right to access their personal data, to have them rectified, erased, or to restrict their processing. This person also has the right to object to the processing of their data, as well as the right to data portability; <\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"list-item\"><span class=\"text\">The obligation to provide personal data in the form of an image arises from being present in the area under surveillance. Providing personal data in the form of an image is a necessary condition for staying in the monitored area.
